The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has released the WASSCE PC (NOVDEC) timetables for 2025 Nov and 2025 January for candidates. The council has also released the index numbers and exam centres of candidates who are sitting for the 2024 NOVDEC this November.
Candidates can access the two timetables released by WAEC on WAEC’s portal as well as on this test and assessment portal and download them for the examination.

- First go to WASSCE PC CandidateIndex
- After visiting this page, enter your payment invoice number.
- Cross-check to be sure the INVOICE number is accurate.
- Click on Fetch Index Number to see your assigned index number for the examination.
How to check for your WASSCE PC Invoice Number
For students who have registered but cannot find their INVOICE number, follow the procedure below.
- Log on to https://unifiedstaging.ghanawaec.org/WASSCE/Candidate/Profile. Login/InvoiceReprint
- Enter the email you used to register for the NovDec
- Click Login to proceed.
- Save your invoice as a pdf or print it.

Students are to note that WAEC will, from 2025, conduct sets of private WASSCE examinations each year. The first one will be in January, while the second one will be in November to help students gain access to tertiary education faster after writing and passing the examination.
