[A] Asanka and Calabash are confused and have been arguing for the last three hours. They have finally agreed that there is no difference between “good deeds” and “reward,” and that rewards are the same as gifts. As a BECE candidate, help them with the best explanation. [B] Asanka has asked you to identify 4 acts or behaviours considered good deeds.

NACCA and WAEC 2024 BECE RME Question 3:
In the vibrant town of Dzigbordi village, tensions rose as religious differences sparked conflicts among its diverse inhabitants. As the conflict continued, neighbours who once shared bonds of unity faced distrust and hostility. The community struggled to understand the roots of intolerance and suffered from the conflict in many ways.
Based on the above, answer the application questions below.
[A] Explain religious conflict to the people of Dzigbordi village.
[B] Explain any four likely causes of religious intolerance in Dzigbordi village.
[C] The Chief has requested that you explain the three effects of religious intolerance to the Christians, Muslims, and Traditionalists in the village.
NACCA and WAEC 2024 BECE RME Question 4:
Festivals in Ghana’s three main religions—Christianity, Islam, and Traditional African Religion—hold significant social, religious, and moral relevance.
They unite communities, reinforce faith, and uphold moral values. Activities include church services and feasts at Christmas, communal prayers and charitable deeds during Eid, and libations and dances in Homowo.
These celebrations foster unity, reinforce moral teachings, and strengthen communal bonds, reflecting their vital role in daily life.
[A] In table form, list three festivals under the three main religions mentioned above.
[B] You have been asked to discuss any five acts of preparation done in Ghana towards the celebration of traditional festivals.
[C] Identify and explain TWO social, religious and moral relevance of festivals in the three main religions and relate them to daily life. (Hint: Explain two points for each of them.)
