The National Teaching Council (NTC) has announced it will officially unveil the 2024 Ghana Teacher Prize finalists. The date for the announcement is August 14, 2024. The GNAT Hall will host the unveiling at 9:30 am.

Ghana’s 14th August 2024 designated deserving educators will receive awards on World Teachers Day, October 5, 2024, at an unannounced venue. We expect the NTC to announce the venue and theme for the year, with the 2024 World Teachers Day celebration centered around the theme “Empowering Educators: Strengthening Resilience, Building Sustainability.”

In these challenging times, teachers have emerged as beacons of resilience, adapting and innovating for their students.
