Ghana’s BECE preparation and mock experts, Education-News Consult, have released its official 2025 BECE Mock Examination dates for schools. In all, 5 standard and challenging mock examinations will be administered from January to May 2025. This timetable and these dates will remain unchanged through the preparation process for the 2025 BECE. Should WAEC shift the 2025 BECE from June to July, the consult will release one extra date for a mock exam in June 2025.
Mock packages and types
The mock materials are delivered to all schools around the country. Schools can opt for the hard copies or the soft copies.
The standard mock is GHS30/candidate and covers the following:
- Questions
- Answer sheets/booklets
- Shading sheets
- Marking schemes
Premium is GHS50.00 per candidate and covers the following:
- Questions
- Answer sheets/booklets
- Shading sheets
- Marking schemes
- Marking and grading
- Examiner’s report
- Offline and online result upload
- Schools can also invite us for pre- and post-mock conferences for their students (at a minimal fee)

The January 2025 mock examination is underway for the first batch of schools. Other schools with special requests can apply for the mock and administer it in the last week of January.
January 2025 BECE Mock date is January 20th-24th, 2025; it is the Akwaaba Mock.
February 2025 BECE Mock is from 17th to 21st February 2025, known as the Forge of Fortitude Mock.
The March 2025 BECE Mock has been scheduled for March 10th to 14th, 2025, and is the Rigour Road Mock.
Our April 2025 Mock is the Ambush Readiness Mock, which takes place from April 7th to 11th, 2025.
Our May 2025 BECE termed Zenith Mock is planned for May 5 to 9th, 2025.
