The SHS/TVET placements will be accessed on www.cssps.gov.gh, but parents and BECE candidates can buy the 2024 School Placement Checker here by following the simple but effective buying process.

It is important to know that you cannot use the result checker to check the placement. This is because the result is released by WAEC on its portal, but the placement is released by the Ministry of Education on its own portal. Again, the two results do not use the same index number. While you have to add 24 to the index number when checking placement, you do not add 24 to your index number when checking results on WAEC’s portal.

1. Check for your placement checker via your email.
2. Also check your SMS alert.
3. Make sure you complete the transaction and click on “I’VE COMPLETED PAYMENT” or any information like that before you close the page you buy from.
4. Do not use the placement checker until the placement is released.

Buy 2024 School Placement Checker For SHS/TVET school checking.

1. Go to the shop at >>> placement-checker-shop
2. Select the number or quantity you want to buy. Eg. 1, 2, 3, etc.
3. Click on ADD TO CART and proceed.
4. Click on view cart or proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your details to buy
6. Click on place order.
7. Enter your Momo or Visa Card number.
8. Pay and download the file as a PDF or copy the checker from the page that loads after purchase. You are to check your email and spam mail for the placement checker as well.

When placement is released:

1. You may be placed automatically.
2. You may be asked to do self-placement, which must be done early to avoid not getting a good school to choose.
3. You may not be placed, and you may not have the chance to use the self placement module at all.
4. Note that you may miss placement all because you chose boarding. When boarding accommodation is not available, you will not be placed in a school where you qualify, but the school has on-day accommodation available.
